Delete a Sales Order

 

1. Select a customer from the drop down list.
2. Click the Review Your Recent Shopping Cart Entries button.

 

 

The iPermits Shopping Cart Maintenance screen displays all sales orders attached to your license number. You can use this screen to review a summary of existing sales orders and select sales orders for payment or deletion. You can also view individual sales orders by clicking on button corresponding to a sales order number.

 

1. Click the sales order number button for the desired sales order.

 

 

1. Review the sales order and project details.
2. Click the Delete This Sales Order button to remove this sales order and project from the system.
3. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion request. Or click the No button to cancel the request. Click here to view this step.

 

 

 

1. After you have successfully deleted a sales order from the system, you will be returned to the Electronic Payment Shopping Cart Maintenance screen. The newly deleted sales order will no longer be listed on this screen.
